this is a personal way for the President to talk directly to the people of the United States. There shall be security background checks for those you qualify to obtain the number or email address. The number or email address will be systematically changed every so often so that an accumulation of emails or texts will not occur. Of course we know President Obama is a busy man, so there needs to be a selected committee of 10 people that will have different numbers for different areas of concern. if there is a worthy question asked, then this committee will bring it forth to the president who can then reply.
