To cause the Congress to demand by hearing an account of the possible fact that there is alternative life forms here living with us right now and have been for ages.
That there even may be treaties protecting them from our looking into their existence which may have been so corrupt as to violate every one of our constitutional rights and human rights.
That the manauver of contracting with private contractors to evade the public's right to access of classified information be stopped from use in this and other catagories where there is a violation of our rights as citizens, and humans.
World authorities testify to the fact that this is fact, and the USA is lying about the whole story of them.
This pertains to inner earth dwellers too, not just the term "aliens".
