SET REASONABLE INTEREST RATES OF FEDERAL STUDENT LOANS AND APPLY THESE RATES TO ALL EXISTING AND FUTURE LOANS

Created by J.A. on March 10, 2014

The current Federal loan structure needs to be overhauled.

While Federal loans offer several payment plans to meet different incomes, the most important consideration, the interest rate, has largely been ignored by Congress and the Whitehouse.

If a reasonable interest rate is set on these loans, defaults and indebtedness will decrease, resulting in an overall strengthening of the U.S. economy.

Please President Obama, push to set a 2.0% interest rate across the board on all Federal student loans.
