Set regulations for the FDA to impose on the meat industry so that animal cruelty ends and human health is prioritized.

We have all seen or heard of Food Inc, the documentary that showed us the brutality and injustice imposed on animals in the meat industry. The use of hormones, antibiotics and grains to feed cows on a massive scale is affecting human health. Cows cannot digest the grains and the antibiotics and hormones given to them. Thus, the meat digested by humans is believed to be hormone disruptive, containing possible carcinogens. Chickens are often held in complete darkness in cages no larger than a page of a magazine page. Pigs get their tails cut off because they often chew each other's tails from the stress of their desperately sad lives. Please take the time to force the FDA to regulate ths inhumane, barbaric treatment of innocent animals.
