Set up restrictions and controls to bear arms. There must be a program to make sure the appropriate use of weapons.

1. first, I propose that, as part of the regular requests to put an educational institution working, to have an appropriate "security service" to allow access to and circulation through its facilities.
2. I know this has been publicly discussed but I just don't want to present an incomplete proposal. I propose a strict "limitation of sale to only sport or chase guns".
3. I think, no matter how responsible you are, you need a recurrent instruction about storing guns, sharing with family members and all related security practices at home. These training/refreshing activities should be obligatory and annual or kore frequently according to different cases.
4. There should be specific and obligatory selective controls for families in possession of guns.
