I got an idea the other night while watching the movie Monument's Men, I realized that there is some what of a similar situation of history getting destroyed by ISIS in the Middle East so if US could do or maybe convince the UN to do something like a modern version of Monuments, Fine Arts, and Archives program that the movie was based to protect as much history as possible.
