Set Standards for Presidential Elections that States follow for days and hours Polling Locations are open.

Created by B.T. on November 14, 2012

States should follow a set of consistent Federal guidelines that would require States during Presedential Elections to have Polling Locations open for a specified number of days and hours. The number of days and hours that the Polling Locations would be open would take in consideration Census data in the area that Polling Location is located. i.e. if certain geographic area has 2 Polling Locations serving it, days and/or hours of operation could be less in relationship to having only 1 Polling Location for same area.
