This Petition is to address the reinstatement of Equal Rights,
for Ex-Felons convicted of a crime (s) 20 years past; Provided He/She has been an asset to the Community, Law a biding, Tax Payer, Registered Voter, with no further contact with Law Enforcement agencies, for a period of 20 years after his/her debt has been paid to Society.
Do you think a Statute of Limitations should be set for Ex-Felons after 20 years if he/has been an asset to the Community ?

Do you think after being Convicted of a Crime (s) after serving time in Jail/Prison, with no further contact with Law Enforcement should regain full Equal Rights a Citizen in Society?
