Call a Constitutional Convention to alter the Constitution to impose term limits on all members of Congress, limiting each member's max number of terms in office to two.
This would aid in the promotion of the following: break ties to special interests/lobbyists, introduce constant stream of fresh thinking/new ideas, increase competition among candidates, act as "natural" campaign finance reform, keep Congressmen in touch with "real world" issues, eliminate seniority/enhance meritocracy, encourage Congressmen to vote on principal rather than with the party/lobbyists.
