set term limits and pay limits for every seat in both the House and the Senate to no more than 5 years.

Created by G.C. on March 24, 2015

In 1947, Congress limited the President to only two terms in office, stating:
"Too much power, for too long, is a threat to our freedom."
The same holds true for Congress. Therefore, each seat should have term limits just the same. Two terms at three years each term, with no pay raises and no bonuses. This way only the seriously and not the greedy will apply. It is about, "We The People Of These United States", and not the 1%, foreign bodies nor the Big corporations.
