Set term limits and salary limits for all members of Congress.

We the people ask that there be difinitive term limits set for all members of Congress and that the terms be limited to no more than 8 years. We further ask that once the person is elected that they pay into Social Security. We further ask that once the term limit is reached that they cease drawing their salary. Should the elected official die in office, we agree that the officials spouse can continue to draw the elected officials salary at 1/2 the normal rate until the end of the term unless the elected official was assasinated, in which case the remainder of the terms salary should be paid in full.
