Set term limits for congress - House and Senate.

This petition is to keep our representative government from being run by career politicians. There's no accountability and too many voters are simply not educated about real issues and know only what the media tells them. Half of congress gets re-elected based on name recognition. I believe that no member of congress should be in for more than 12 years. 2 terms for Senators and 6 terms for House members.
