Set term limits for the Federal Senate and House of Representatives.

I firmly believe that the Federal Congress should not be a lifetime career. There are congress men and women who have literally made a career out of working for the federal government. The only way this country will survive is through innovation. The people in congress don't appear to be innovative at all. Just a ton of old people bickering in an attempt to maintain the status quo. Most congress staff are completely stuck in their ways and think of themselves first. Congress is financially killing the average American's finances. This government, no regard to administration, needs some serious change and the President always seems to be deadlocked with congress. We need new ideas and real change in order to strengthen our country.
