Both the House and Senate should have no more than a 3 term limit to avoid the career politicians we have now.
Along with this should be a limit to campaign spending for presidents as well as congress to eliminate the billions of dollars politicians spend as a whole for every election, and the inability for anyone who is not rich or does not have rich connections to be able to run.
Look how much was spent just in the presidential election on campaigns. Imagine how that could have helped with the budget/deficit.
