Set term limits on the house and senate of the United States and to prevent them from creating thier own pay raises.

The house and senate has become out of control. Term limits must be enforced upon the house and senate. Congress is not representing the people anymore much rather themselves. The call to be a congressman/women or senator should be an honor and selfless duty; rather it has become a given and self-exulted position. Furthermore the ability for the house and senate to make their own pay raises is completely against the checks and balances set up to prevent abuse of power which is occurring. The people should vote on the pay raise the house and senate receive.
