We feel that for real change to start taking effect we need to make it so that one person can not make a career in Congress. By rotating people we think it will cut down on the "well we can pass it next session" attitude that runs rampant. It will make them try and get their agenda passed in a timely matter. It will also make it so that we the people have more control over congress. As it sits now we are voting for the lesser of 2 evils. If we get this to pass it will make it so we have a broader choice and fresh people in congress will revitalize it and get more done we hope.
