Limit the amount of years that a person can serve as a Senator or Congressman/woman. These should be limited to a total of 12 years (total) as that would cover enough time for several Presidents to serve and pass needed legislation. Also, they should not be granted full retirement pay and medical coverage. These individuals came from a "real working" job so they should return to such to see if what they did helped our country and citizens that live here in the U. S.
