Set term limits for U.S. senators and representatives.

As of January 2014 the Gallup Poll registered the congressional approval rating at 13%, which is far below historical averages. While partisanship in a divided congress is a major contributor, term limits are another problem that can be solved. Roughly one quarter of the members of the Senate and House of Representatives having been serving for almost, or over 20 years. While experience in congress is an asset, the ever changing social, economic, and political field requires an ever changing group of individuals. If congress had term limits it could bring in new ideas, and new bipartisanship. With a limited number of years to complete what your constituents elected you for, it promotes the need for political parties to work together, rather than engaging in stagnant political stalemate.
