Set up a worldwide vote to ask if all nuclear facilities and weapons should be dismanteled. Each nation gets one vote. If the conclusion is to dismantle all nuclear facilities the dismantle should be all countries at once. Japan, as the only nation who has had atomic bombs dropped on them should be given the opportunity to be the difinitive inspector and nation to determine that every nuclear facility has been dismanteled properly. If the answer is to keep nuclear facilities then each nation in the world TOGETHER will decide by majority vote how this will be done safley and peacefully. This is a world problem--every nation needs to be represented--no nation shall be left out of this negotation.
