Setup a law to fine Companies that deny employment to American Citizens that do not speak Spanish.

Employers that refuse employment based on a persons inability to not speak Spanish are breaking the law and are discriminating against LEGAL Citizens of the USA and should be fined.
Many Americans looking for employment are being denied jobs because they only speak ENGLISH, the natural language of the United States of America. The fight against illegal immigration is being fought across the US, not just the Southern States next to the border. Many qualified candidates are being refused by Employers across the country because they do not speak Spanish. Even people that want to volunteer their own time have been refused because of not speaking Spanish.
