Los Angeles has a successful program which has contributed to the removal of many weapons off the streets.
Individuals are allowed to exchange weapons in exchange for gift certificates, gift cards ,coupons, no questions asked.
It takes place once a year in the city of LA and in many other cities in the country.
In 2010 LA removed 2,500 guns off city streets. Imagine how many guns we can remove nation wide!!
