Setup a tax payer funded program to purchase Life Saving medications required by people to avoid death.
Medications should then be sold to people in need for a minimal cost that cannot be increased or modified as the medications are already owned by The People as tax payer funding runs the program.
All proceeds of the program will be returned to the program and never diverted to anything else. Companies that produce the medications can sell the rights or trade them for tax breaks or credits so they may continue funding their research.
This should apply to Life Saving medications only, defined by the result being death if the medication is not taken.
This remove Greed from the equation and save lives.Other countries may pay into the program to obtain the same benefits for their people
