Post Bush Administration stories, leaks and evidence exists that the United States Government (individual elected officials and ties to state officials) have and continue to abuse Civil Rights, Civil Due-Processes and Civil checks and balances redress rights by hiding corporate insiders behind a cloak of "assumed or implied immunity". Such round table and or trade secrecy by assumed immunity is made hidden by DHS and CIA/NSA public tax-paid offices which are not transparent nor compliant under any "means test" due to "National Security" auspices. This implies "Uniqueness" privileges are transferrable by officials in essence selling "immunity". This is not the intent of "immunity" and therefore the people should have the right to full disclosure in civil redress cases.
