Sever the judicial branch from the executive branch.

Created by M.E. on March 26, 2015

USSC Justices should be changed to nonpartisan elected positions, elected to terms of limited duration by the popular vote of the American people, and subject to impeachment if they fail to uphold their duties, rather than a position appointed for life by the executive branch and strategically retiring in order to best favor their political parties.

In their current state, they are not truly separate from the executive branch and cannot represent the people of this nation in their interpretations of law.
