The Election Commission is not neutral. They allowed fraud to occur such as phantom voters nation wide, bus loads of foreigners were ferried to cast their votes, registered voters found someone had voted on behalf of them, Barisan National openly use cash to buy votes, many vote counting centre experienced blackout during the critical moment and extra bags of ballot papers found when electricity resume, results were intentionally delayed after midnight to allow fraud, and many more dirty tricks. This is the dirtiest election in Malaysia!
