Severely fine the Fox's Baltimore affiliate, WBFF-TV, for misleading editing of footage from a police brutality rally.

Created by H.S. on December 29, 2014

Fox's Baltimore affiliate, WBFF-TV, misleadingly edited and aired a video of a police brutality protest march in Washington, to make it appear that the protesters were chanting "kill a cop." They were actually saying, "We won’t stop. We can’t stop ‘til killer cops are in cell blocks."

This video was aired during a WBFF-TV newscast.

Broadcast TV stations are obligated, but their FCC licenses, to present news programming.

The station apologized on air, but an apology is not sufficient. This was an intentional change made in an incendiary fashion.
