SEVERELY limit foreign worker visa permits as corporations requesting them oppose and thwart current citizen educations.

Foreign vs domestic education system funding is not a level playing field. Too many work visas are issued to foreigners of countries providing their citizens with advanced degree educations. US corporations choose to hire them under worker visa programs while offering no funding and opposing higher education government funding. The current crop of baby-boomer corporations have social responsibility to future generations of a quality education and career, just as they were provided through decades of government. They know many future skills needed and have a duty to first educate the citizenry to fill these positions in new technology while limiting worker visa requests to a minimum. This (corporate capitalist) nation is guilty of "eating their babies" where higher education is concerned.
