Men and women who are listed as Sex Offender, are listed for life. I believe that sex offender should be removed after 20 years of clear criminal history. This would give the offender a second chance and would free up the police from doing quarterly checks. Its hard enough to find a job right now, and it impossible for a sex offender to find one.
