sex offenders and parental rights

Created by C.H. on January 28, 2014

Don't automatically make it a right for sex offenders to have rights to their children. age and gender of the victim should also play a role, for one. if they did time in prison, obviously there was some sort of evidence present to convict them and it is not always in the child's / children's best interest to be in contact with that parent.
