Sexual harassment law reform.

Change the law so that no one can use it for personal vendetta, slander or political gain. This law is often abused because the accuser does not have to confront the accused. All they have to do is report it and they can take time to get their story and witnesses in order to push their agenda. Anyone can set someone up for failure. I propose that if someone is claiming an infraction of a sexual nature it does not get investigated by the place it which it happened. It should be investigated by an outside source with an arbitrator present and both parties. The accuser must inform the accused their perception of your actions, body language or verbal vernacular offend them. Then if the behavior does not cease they can report it to their superiors and then the case gets investigated.
