We the people request that all White House officials, including the President, having been found guilty of, or admitting guilt to, being a sexual predator, be required to register as a sexual predator. Additionally, all registered White House sexual predators shall be subject to all State and Local rules and regulations whenever they travel. The term, "sexual predator" is as defined by the District of Columbia.
