We need legislation or consensus that any open discussion of sexual preference in the workplace Homosexual or Heterosexual should be considered Sexual Harassment. The discussion of sexual preferences should only be between consenting adults and not advertised in the workplace, It is highly inappropriate to advertise any sexual preference in the workplace.
Additionally There should be further Legislation restricting Males from entering female restrooms and Females from entering Male restrooms, unless they have undergone sex change surgery. This is not to discriminate this is to protect patrons.
