Should any state succeed in secession from the United States, citizens should have the option to be given federal funding to get back to the United States to avoid being a part of the supposed secession.
This would protect citizen's rights who did not choose to secede from the United States, by allowing them to relocate back to the United States. The funding should also assist those who have disabilities and other concerns to safely and efficiently move back into the United States.
