In continuing to prevent the passage of a budget for the state of Illinois, Bruce Rauner has not only abrogated his responsibilities as the representative of all Illinoisians, but also done irreparable damage to the state's social and educational services. His tenure has greatly harmed the neediest Illinoisans and his term must be swiftly brought to a premature end.
