Federal reforms should be made to allow individual states throughout the United States to culivate and use their own Cannabis / Marijuana. The product shall be regulated in quality and shall only be allowed to be used in it's natural state and no additives shall be introduced into the product. Restricted use age shall be twenty-one.There shall not longer be federal arrests in the culivation,transport,or use unless it is in violation of sister state laws. The transportation to or from any federal border such as Canada, Mexico or other country outside the federal borders shall be considered a crime. Product containing Cannabis / Marijuana such as food products or any other consumable shall fall under these regulation. Medical use shall have the same ruling.
