With the intent of promoting government transparency within the United States of America it is hereby proposed that an annual report documenting all expenditures supporting Congressional activities to include staffing, travel, office supplies, catering, taxpayer funded artwork or portraits, salaries and other miscellaneous items be documented in an annual report to be presented to the American people. This will include the use of any Government procured aircraft expenses including initial purchase price, fuel, maintenance and crew salaries.

It is also proposed that the initial report include documentation on the effects of sequestration on the members of Congress, the President of the United States and all supporting staffers.
