As a shareholder in General Motors, pressure them into introducing the Cadillac Sixteen concept for mass production

In 2003, Cadillac, a division of General Motors, of which the United States Government is a shareholder (19% or so), debuted the Cadillac Sixteen concept car, a 1,000 horsepower (naturally aspirated), 13 liter V16 "Ultra-Luxury Sedan" capable of removing the European hold on the fantastically expensive extremely luxurious car market. Many called for it to be brought into production, as the concept was a fully-functional prototype, but these pleas fell on deaf ears. As a shareholder of GM, I think that something should be done about this. Please sign if you agree, and for those of you who need more information, here is the link to the Wikipedia article:
