Shaun White needs to donate his hair to Locks of Love by force of Exec Ord those who have must give to those who havenot

The snowboarding phenomenon, skateboarding legend, and Olympic champion Shaun White has an abundance of luscious curly red locks, while there are cancer patients who are bald. Based off of current US tax policy, executive action precedent, and Obama's 2008 and 2012 campaign platforms, it would make a hypocrite of the President if he were not to issue an Executive Order forcing Shaun White to regularly donate his hair to the organization Locks of Love so that they can make wigs for bald cancer victims. Although Shaun has in fact donated to these wiggers in the past, there is no way to know if his charitable streak will again manifest itself in the future, and he must therefore be forced to "spread the red around" so that those who have not can have what those who have have.
