Using former Military Facilities, Housing for Homeless Vets could be set up. Social Workers could work in the Facilities and support services as well Like Van or bus service could take vets into cities or to Nearest VA Facilities. Security Officers Or VAPD can keep order. Former Facilities like Mare Island whose Former Barracks are sitting and just rotting. It would add Jobs and get Vets off the Street. Fund could come from Vets Benefits (Small part) Doctors Could visit if needed twice a week. Just a Raw Idea and I wanted to plant a seed that might have a chance to Grow.
