The Constitutional rights of American entities should not be abridged by threats of terrorism or any nation state. As such, the freedom to express one's views cannot be threatened by legal liabilities stemming from terrorism in response to the expression of such views that do not align with foreign interests. If one can be held liable for economic damages resulting from terrorism that seeks to subvert the rights granted by the Constitution, then all of our laws and rights are jeopardized.
