Shift million dollar plus salaries from athletes and movie stars to scientists and teachers.

I believe that, while sports and media are very much an important part of our culture, and bring much to the development of ones' character, that salaries for these individuals are disproportionate to their overall value to society. By placing a greater emphasis on teaching and scientific development (to include the space program), we are ensuring the future of not only America, but the entire human race. To me, this is common sense. We should already be paying our scientists and teachers more than our athletes and media stars.
