Shine a light on the amount of taxpayer's dollars are spent on conferences

We the people want to shine sunlight on the costs of conferences to prevent ongoing abuses. We the people petition our Government to publish on a frequent basis a simple-to-read and simple-to-comprehend report showing what is being spent and what will be spent by agency. The report will use the latest data-mining techniques enabling the user to drill down exposing the details of the amount spent. The report will use as a data source: upcoming conferences and a history of conference expenses. The report will be featured on the WhiteHouse.gov website as well as announced to the general public using the latest communication techniques such as Twitter, Facebook, etc and as a general press release.
