Shoot down the Chinese rover before it reaches the moon.

The Chinese rover hopes to land on the moon in the near future. As of now the only country to land machinery or people on the moon is the USA. I would like to keep it that way. Out flag still stands on the moon and, in the imperial style of the 17th and 18th century's, this constituted a land claim. We would not let China land a rover in Alaska so why would we let them do it on OUR moon. Thank you for your time.
