As of February 11, news reports indicate that North Korea is preparing to test a new intercontinental ballistic missile and to conduct a fourth underground nuclear test.
The United Nations has repeatedly sanctioned North Korea for similar actions and warned them to stop, to no avail.
It is time to show North Korea that "no missile development" and "no nuclear weapons development" means exactly that.
Since North Korea is once again defying the entire world with yet another ballistic missile test, it is time for world to respond: When the new missile departs North Korean sovereign territory, the United States should conduct a "test" of it's missile defense system and shoot down the North Korean missile over international airspace.
Actions speak louder than words. Time to act.
