I am a US citizen who is waiting on my fiancee to get a visa so he can travel and we can marry in the US, i have been diagnosed with a severe back problem and need to have surgery, I have a small cleaning company apart from my job and I am not able to work because of severe back pain, Immigration's website says my petition will take around 6 months to reach the Dominican Republic if approved, then another 2 or 3 month before my fiancee can travel here, I need this surgey as soon as possible but have no one to care for me and also take care of my small business, cant immigration make an exception and expedite my case please?
