shorten the length of presidential campaigns

Created by F.S. on December 24, 2012

People are generally exhausted with the campaigning and primaries that precede presidential elections. Regulate campaigning to no more than one year prior to the general election. No person should be allowed to officially announce their candidacy or raise money before this date and national primaries should be considered. This should still give the public enough time to learn about the candidates.
