Shorten School Curriculum Length to avoid cramming information at the end of the year.

Created by S.W. on April 09, 2013

In traditional schools, students usually have four quarters of the year. In the last nine weeks of school, students are usually required to take state tests. This leaves about four to five weeks of the original nine weeks for learning. Therefore, students are forced to cram a nine week curriculum into a short five weeks. This stifles learning and creativity in students. We the People, need to shorten the curriculum for the last portion of the year, to allow better learning and less stress for students.
