Limit the time between conviction and carrying out the sentences on death row. Limit to 1 appeal. Sentence carried out in 60 days, not years at taxpayer expense. Crime will drop.
Molesting or raping a child, turn them over to the victoms' families. Crime will drop.
Corrupt official: Never again allowed to hold public office. All his/her benefits revoked.
