Shorten the times for immigration decisions.

Created by K.M. on January 01, 2013

I have been a naturalized citizen for over 15 years. I want my brother to come and visit, but every time he applies he is denied a visa. I would like the Obama administration to make the process more streamlined and if a person is denied a visa to come visit the United States of America the fees incurred by the individual petitioner will be refunded. On several occcasions family members have paid the fees to get a visa appointment at the Indonesian consulate, paid the monies, waited all day, have a meeting that lasts 10 minutes, only to be denied without any explanation on the reason for the denial, and without a refund for the fees for the visa.
