My name is Francisco A. Estrada. At present time, with the honorary Rank of Brigadier General, I have been appointed Commanding General of the 51st. Division United States National Defense Corps. (USNDC) Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and also serve as Volunteer for Homeland Security.
As a nonprofit quasi-military organization, we voluntary support the President National Emergency Program, that includes Puerto Rico and the Virgins Islands Emergencies Management Agencies for Natural Disasters. We operate under the 501 (c) 3 and others local Federal rules applicable.
Our head organization is registered in Washington D.C. and the State of Colorado with chapters in others States
